A White Paper presented by N-able Technologies

The need for a unified solution that a company can use to maximize productivity through the IT service organization is evident when small- and medium- sized businesses (SMB) identify what type of role they ultimately envision for their IT service organization.

In general, the SMB market comprises two types of IT service organizations:
  1. Small businesses (10-99 users) that outsource all or most of their IT service needs to system integrators.
  2. Mid-sized enterprises (100-999 users) that provide the majority of IT services through internal resources.
N-able Technologies' develops network availability and performance management solutions built specifically for IT service organizations that support multiple customers or offices from a remote location.
