ItSMF China Set Up in Beijing
BEIJING, March 02, SinoCast Hp China announces that the IT Service Management Forum China (itSMF China) has been established in Beijing, which is expected to improve the work efficiency and management of Chinese IT companies.

Ye Jian, general manager of talent training from HP, noted that there are seventeen experts that have obtained the itSMF advanced certification, and they are all at HP. Established in 1991, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is a nonprofit organization engaged in the on-going development and promotion of best practice IT service management standards and qualifications.
The itSMF now has over 1500 member companies and chapters in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, USA, South Africa and Switzerland.
Hp is a member company of the itSMF.
