ITSM Certification Programs Offered

Windward Consulting Group, an operational management consulting and systems engineering firm, announced today a partnership with itSM Solutions, a provider of ITSM educational services, to offer clients the itSM Solutions Suite of ITSM certification and implementation workshops.

The workshops are designed to equip IT departments with the skills they need to launch and sustain an ITSM continuous service improvement (CSI) program.

The itSM Solutions suite of training programs enables IT organizations to acquire the skills to:

Build an ITSM vision that the company can rally around;

Perform objective people, process and technology maturity assessments;

Design the work plans associated with each ITSM process;

Implement each of the ITSM processes;

Operate and sustain the overall ITSM CSI program; and
