ITSM Conference Scheduled for China
Pink Elephant launches first annual IT service management conference in China.The conference, focused on assisting Chinas IT community adopt world best practice standards, is scheduled for October 22 23 in Beijing and October 29 30 in Shanghai.
According to Pink Elephant President, David Ratcliffe, the main theme of the conference is "spotlight on leadership."
Within North America and Europe, IT Service Management best practices have been instrumental in helping all types of organizations integrate IT with business objectives, said Ratcliffe in a company statement. Overall, this integration is essential to gaining a leadership position in the global marketplace. Now, its Chinas turn to benefit from the knowledge and guidance provided through ITIL and other IT service management best-practices."
The conference will consist of four tracks, with multiple sessions in each track targeting those seeking beginner knowledge, implementation knowledge and strategic knowledge. There is also a track featuring sessions from organizations who lead the way in providing service management technologies. Additionally, the conference features post-event courses to enhance knowledge gained during the first two days.
