The IT Service Management Forum USA (itSMF USA) is looking for abstracts sessions to be considered for presentation at itSMF USA Fusion 08, to be held September 7-10, 2008, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif.

Fusion 08 is a practitioner-driven conference designed to educate the IT and business communities on how standardized processes and best practices can be systematically applied across the entire range of IT services and support functions. The ITSM community is a key component in how an organization delivers superior services with measurable trending, while reducing risks and driving down costs.

In addition to the standard presentations, two-hour workshops, and four-hour workshops, there are a limited number of customer case study presentations and panel discussions available to solution providers in conjunction with event sponsorship packages.

Prior to submitting your abstracts, we recommend that you visit the Tracks/Sessions, Requirements, and Process Overview pages for more information regarding the rules and parameters surrounding the review and selection process.

itSMF USA is especially seeking compelling and thought-provoking practitioner depictions of real-world experiences for Fusion 08.
