ITIL v3 Manager's Bridge Exam Delayed

The examination institutes are currently involved on an intensive moderation process of exams taken by ITIL Trainers. As a result, there is to be a delay in the release of the Manager's Bridge exam.

The exam moderation process is taking a little longer than expected, which although is very frustrating (especially from a course scheduling and delivery point of view) in the long run is no bad thing. It is essential that the examination panel get each and every exam right in terms of standard of question, marking, pass mark and of course pass rate, which in turn equates to an acceptable standard of quality.

Only with the Service Management industry firmly behind the institutes will the ITIL exams grow in acceptance and status. Remember, this was one of the reasons why ITIL has been adopted as a world-wide Service Management framework. So, please bear with HP and other ITIL training providers, your frustration is our frustration but quality should come first.
