Taylor is president of the Aspect Group, a North American-based ITSM practice provider of training, consultancy, assessment and best practice implementation. Taylor will share her insights on ITIL v3, and the lessons to be learned from other companies' use of ITIL v3 in the past year.

Expected to attract more than 2,000 attendees, the eighth annual conference being held Sept. 7-13, 2008 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, is the largest, most comprehensive gathering of ITSM professionals. The theme for Fusion '08 is "Uniting the World of IT Service Management."
