The four day event marks the industry’s first opportunity to participate in discussions, find answers to questions, and learn more about the implications of the new ITIL version.

ITIL’s chief architect Sharon Taylor and all ten ITIL v3 authors will be on hand during the conference to discuss the five revised books of ITIL, certification and exam requirements, and the new lifecycle model approach introduced in ITIL v3.

In addition to formal presentation sessions, the authors and Taylor will participate in a panel debate designed to provide conference attendees with the opportunity to openly discuss the effects ITIL v3 will have on their organization’s ITSM program.

Conference attendees also have the opportunity to expand on the information they acquired during the conference with a post-conference training class. The course features several of the ITIL v3 authors and will explain how to take an IT service management program from v2 to v3. Additional registration fees are required for post-conference training courses.
